I “immortalized” my friend’s flowers a couple of weeks ago with some @kwikstix tempera paint sticks! This was a quick 30 minute fun piece. Couldn’t help getting those cheery marigolds and clovers onto paper! Love how smooth
My son’s finished Egyptian mask, our wall of artwork, and my set up for tomorrow! We’ve done at least 10 different pieces in each class! Can’t say I would have taught my kids so many lessons if they weren’t homeschooled. #s
2-hour project broken up into several sessions 😱! This one took a lot of concentration. I could add another layer but I’m calling it “done” and being kind to myself! #hideandseekwatercolor @letsgomakeart
Up at 5:30 this morning for so much needed watercolor therapy 😂! @letsgomakeart #saturdaymorning #arttherapy #watercolor
Working on our Egyptian mummy masks since my 6th grader is learning about Egypt in Social Studies! This is an idea I borrowed from Mrs. Calestini at the junior high. We might do canopic jars next week! #plasterwrap #6thgradeworldhistory
Student work 😍. Bright, cheery, colorful! All students have been working really hard despite being on Zoom! Thanks to @deepspacesparkle and @2art.chambers for all the lessons! More to come! #autumnvibes🍁 #studentwork #artaroundtheworld

Peacock feathers, super fun and easy to create with a flat brush and liquid watercolor. Not sure what I’ll do with these but they I had a blast experimenting with my materials while talking with my mom. Really thankful to have a bit of quiet
